I want to dive into Pok-universe, but dont know where to start.
I watched pokemon-anime with Ash when was a child, so i have good memories of g1, but really dont know anything about next generations.
Should i play g1, g2 etc games by order or some of them are shit?
Most important - which of them can be played on PC?
Any other Pok-games which i should try?
I heard about Pokemon - Uranium (i think it was fan-game), and also i see here a thread about Pokemon MMO. Is it good?

It also will be very nice of you if you share some links where i can download all generation games

FRLG->HGSS->Emerald->Platinum->B/W->B2W2->XY
All can be played on PC, XY is unstable but until you get there you'll know if you want to stay for it.

all game roms are available on google, you can emulate them all unless you have a toaster in which case gens 6&7 might give you trouble. /vp/ will tell you to skip some gens because they're shit, ignore them, but don't feel obligated to complete a game you dislike. If you're completely new to the series you could try gen 1 but it's pretty janky and outdate by this point, but they remade the gen 1 games on GBA as Fire red and Leaf Green. whether you want to play the originals or remakes is up to personal taste and how frustrated you get with outdated technology.

FRLG (no reason to play g1) > Emerald > HGSS (same with g2) > Platinum > XY don't bother with gen 5/7 and wait for SS if you liked the series, enjoy your stay

the MMO is fun, though you'll definetly need a team to join or else it'd just be the single player games with some people passing by. You can battle and trade with players on the fly of course, but randoms don't seem to like that

the remakes are heavily polished and contain a lot of additional content, although it's almost always for the better, the only remakes that are arguably inferior to their predecessors are Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, on that note, be sure to play emerald for gen 3 because it's a direct upgrade from ruby and sapphire.

The only problem I can foresee with this order is that he'll play a gen 3 game, then a gen 4 game, then a gen 3 game, and then a gen 4 game again.

There were quite a few QOL updates between gen 3 and 4. The biggest one being the physical/special split. And you will be reverting to the old mechanics of phys/spec when he plays Emerald after HGSS.

Is that a big deal? Potentially not, Emerald is still one of the best games made. But it will definitely be a noticeable one.

As far as timelines go:
FRLG and Emerald occur at the same time
HGSS and Platinum occur 2 and 3 years after FRLG respectively
HGSS's story can be completed immediately after finishing FRLG and there will be things that you remember or callbacks to the older game.

Thats actually not the problem. I'm not rushing, but want to experience it right.

Should i also think what poks i am picking? Is it possible to fuck up your save with wrong pokemons?

uranium is a fangame, and while well-made as a fangame, it's pretty crummy compared to the genuine article.
You can always catch new pokemon, the worst thing that happens is you waste time raising a pokemon that's not very good. Legendaries and the like only have one chance to catch them per game, but saving is very generous in this series.

For a plot-wise cohesive experience, play in this order:

FireRed/LeafGreen > Emerald > Platinum > HeartGold/SoulSilver > White > White 2 > Y > Sun

You may skip OmegaRuby/AlphaSapphire. You may also swap Sun/Moon for Ultra Sun/Moon, which have a little bit more of stuff to do, but the plot jumps the shark near the end.
