I'll start by fixing Hyper Training. First and foremost reduce the level requirement from 100 to 50, making it so you don't have to grind forever just to be able to use it (also VGC has all Pokemon be level 50 so there's that).
Additionally make bottle caps much easier to obtain (or at the very least make silver caps easier) by making them purchasable as well as adding a new bottle cap (let's call it bronze bottle cap) that reduces an IV to 0 instead to give Trick Room teams a bone.
