4 IVs are basically free and you just need a bottle cap or two
you can get 5 IVs and even 6 IVs from masuda shiny hunters now and then if you know where to look
you can get this shit from wonder trade, senpai
but instead you insist on circumventing one of the primary parts of the process, using cheating devices and services, and then using them in official wifi battles
