only regenerates shield, once shield is depleted it has no use, unless you recharge it like you heal hp

still spends 25% of max hp to use but its "hp" is calculated based on shield

works as usual except you have to actually damage the hp to break it (i.e. attack depletes 90% of shield, sash still active; deal >100% shield, taking also some chip damage to hp, sash breaks)
