Yeah, and only a retard would think that means that half of the pokemon will never ever ever be available for Home ever and they won't just add compatibility later.

For fuck's sake if they do an Ultrashield and Ultrasword or a third version or whatever they're almost certainly going to add new mons that weren't in the Galar dex before, so they're going to have to update it in at least some way. Everyone is panicking over the fact that gamefreak is lazy as though that's news.

For sure. Pokemon not in Galar will be seen in future games, 100%. No pokemon is being retconned and no one should think so. But from now on, every game will have it's own select pool of pokemon included and excluded. This will be particularly egregious when updated versions come out that include really, really useful must have pokemon (this will happen)
