Neither was lando or the tapus. Lando especially. It was just really useful hence why it was used. The actual hard things to deal with end up in ubers every time and usually quickly. Tyranitar is good for its bulk as a Pursuit trapper. Its one STAB is 80% accurate and its other is 80 BP. It's not nearly as oppressive as Megamence, Z-move Lando-T, etc.
