Twitter is the only place they'd listen, but it'd have to be en masse so that it would be publicly noticeable. It has to give the risk of bad business to the Pokemon name, so it has to be big and it has to be public. A few comments or private contacting will always be dismissed because they lose nothing from ignoring it.

Much as I hate to say it, the key is to get the ecelebs and game journos on it.
They're the only ones who can stir a big enough shit to get Nintendo to notice.
It worked for Mario Maker 2.

I don't know if they're still paying attention to this but it's a form on people's feelings regarding the latest direct. There's no real section to voice complaints but there is one for "What you want to see more of", where you can put in what you want. Just ask somebody to translate a generic message for you and send it.
