While I agree it's a step in the right direction, I do think it's important we acknowledge how sexualized their women of color are. Marina, Olivia, and Nessa all have really revealing outfits - Marina especially is a bad look, because her white counterpart doesn't receive this treatment.
Also now that I look at it, the fire captain whose name I've forgotten also is shirtless.
