If a certain Pokemon isn't found on Galar region even after Home gets released, how else they gonna make a transfer? Most people are going to get all in-game dex Pokemon through shit like Global Trade or Wondertrade.

No they didn’t retard. Pokémon S/M still made it at least possible to transfer. X/Y was different because we were guaranteed to be able to transfer our Pokémon from gen 5. They are literally telling you that some of your Pokémon in Pokémon home will be unusable until they decide what next game to let you play with them.
