I watched the E3 reveal concerning lack of certain Pokémon in Sword/Shield. This is bullshit. Pokémon Bank was advertised as a service that would let me transfer my old Pokémon to new games, that's the only reason I've paid for it for the last few years, but now it turns out I can't transfer them to the new games, but to a Pokémon Retirement Home, where they will rot until you kindly decide to include them in one of the future games? And you say it's because it's difficult to make models and animations for all of the Pokémon? You're still using gen 6 and 7 models mostly, and animations are almost non-existent in this game (Scorbunny hopping in place and hitting a Pokémon 10 meters away without moving from the spot?). This game looks like a PS2 era game. Balance? You created Mega Rayquaze and Ultra Necrozme and now suddenly you're worried about balance?
I feel cheated out of my money when it comes to Pokemon Bank, that was false advertising, but I'll definitely get it back - this game was supposed to be for Pokémon veterans, for long-time fans, and if this is how you treat veterans, then I don't want to be a veteran no more. You clearly don't care about fans, only about a quick buck.
"Making games is hard" - or maybe you're just incompetent. Witcher 3 is coming to Switch, what's your excuse?
I endured the lackluster 6 and 7 generations (Ultra changes, my ass), but this was the last straw, I will no longer support this franchise in any way, I've decided to sell all of my Pokemon games and support competent developers instead. And to think I bought Nintendo Switch mostly in hope of finally having a great Pokémon game that's up to standards, but I guess I should've known the standards that Pokémon is pursuing now is the shovelware mobile game market just to get the quick buck without much effort.
