No native compatibility between the two systems, and if the way they programmed them in changed immensely, okay sure whatever.
But 1. Selective transfers means the tech is there, its willingness and effort that's the problem.
2. They have transfers in from *GO*! That can't be coded the same as literally ANY other pokemon title. If you can transfer from GO, you should be able to transfer from literally anything with an internet connection.
