It's 3 turns and the damage output of a Dynamaxed Arcanine to a Dynamaxed Raid Boss Steelix from a Super Effective Max Flare was minimal. So it's safe to say there are steps to balance things out being taken.

It does, because harsh sunlight is the term used for Sunny Day, since otherwise if the sun is out there's no distinction between sunlight and sunlight.

Did you see any of the dynamax gym battles? One hit from the normal max move didn't do that much. It took three max moves from dynamax wooloo to take down the same leveled Pokemon. These are not as strong as z moves.
