Wrong. Sword and Shield were built off of LGPE's base engine, so most of the work for LGPE was required anyway.

Town is the real culprit of wasting their development time. They even said they're not prioritizing Pokemon anymore and they're prioritizing their fucking other games.

Wrong, even if the games share assets, they are better off just making SWSH instead of both, they can develope the assets and then actually polish then in SWSH instead of remaking kanto again.
