But if plans for the game started in 20 fucking 15, then I don't know what the hell Game Freak is doing here. Call of Duty can release a new game each year because multiple studios rotate and develop a game from the bottom up every 3 years. Why the hell can't Game Freak rotate with other developers that would kill to make an official Pokemon game?
