I like it, but I think the "personality" of it doesn't really suit Gym Leaders, and think it would be better-suited to a specific character, especially because it's short

I think it's unique to her, the battle theme that was used for Milo didn't sound like this. So each gym leader might have different battle theme variation.

It's not as good as kahuna's theme, but on its own it's a pretty good theme.

Odd-numbered generations have better gym leader themes because they're more upbeat.

Even-numbered ones try to sound more "serious/adult/not-for-kids" and the result is... not great.
