Do you have the complete collection of main series pokemon games?
I still need gen 3 games, wich i cant seem to find legit copies.
Why gen 3 so rare and elusive?

I don't have any of the gen 1 or 2 games besides a copy of Gold I bought used during Gen 3, and I'm missing the second versions of all the games from gen 4-7. I have everything from gen 3, but then I stopped buying both versions starting with gen 4, so I'm missing Pearl/SS/White/W2/Y/etc.. I just buy the one I like best and then the 3rd version if they make one. Gamefreak doesn't deserve getting my money twice for version exclusives anymore.

the japanese trio of rgb are different games as well, on a fundamental level (mostly blue though)

my only thought is that gamestop hoarded them all and then threw them all away when they stopped selling gameboy games

I have a complete collection of all games, digital and physical. Specifically two to 5 copies of everything up until Trash Go which I only have one second hand copy of each (the first and last thing I will ever buy second hand).

The only exception being the original Pokédex 3D because I didn't bother getting a 3DS until X/Y was coming around and it was already removed from the eShop.
