Lot's of people are angry with this situation, but unfortunetely the vast majority doesn't care... Let's vie this from their angle, you sell candy to 1000 people, but only 1 of those is angry that the candy is terrible. will you care about that 1 in 1000 that badmouths your candy?
I honeslty bought most pokemon games thus far, bought everything up until x and y, cuz I didnt like megas (thought they were imitating digimons back then) but bought OR/AS because i always longed for a ruby/sapphire remake. then bought Moon in hopes the games would be good and later when they announced US/UM I realized me and millions of people just bought the beta version of what the games would actually be, so I had it and hacked 3ds and just download all games I could fit in 256GB, and trust me US/UM were good games, just not worth giving 40$ over when you already paid for the beta (what a scumbag move honestly).
AND NOW THIS fucking shit with Sword and Shield... the announcement trailer got me fucking HYPED then the Sword and Shield Direct on June 6th got me extremely happy, it looked like they finally listened to the fans a bit by including the most basic of features such as returning overworld pokes and moving the camera as well as cool new pokemon.
Then that fucking E3 dialogue JUSTed us all.
It's just so fucking retarded to not include all the pokemon and their latest gimmick when it was THEIR OWN SELLING POINT FOR THE POKEMON GAMES thus far.
