There are no more weather wars, which was the only reason why Venusaur was OU in Gen 5.
And Bulbasaur’s line has not been confirmed in yet.

Venusaur was among the top in VGC19 Sun Season too in Gen7

Yes. And? I clearly said IN Gen 5 OU. So yeah, it’s going to do well in a weather based meta without its Mega form.
