Assuming you consider romhacks to be fan games then there's quite a few worth playing.
(Prism, Gaia, Glazed/Blazed-Glazed, etc.)
Assuming you mean exclusively RPGmaker games like Uranium and SolarLight/LunarDark they're fakemon games and can only be run on your PC.
