Guys what if they actually remove evolutions and pre-evolutions of old Pokemon (as in just because Duskull is safe doesn't mean Dusknoir is) and that "regional evolutions" are quite literally that 'certain Pokemon can only evolve in certain regions'. Farfetch'd can only evolve into Sirfetch'd in Galar and doesn't exist in other regions. Similarly the reason by Persian isn't mentioned in the leak is because it's been removed where it was a "regional evolution" in the past 7 regions.

Sounds really impossible, but so was the idea that they would remove Pokemon before E3
