Let's Go isn't a bad game, or at least not as bad as what we're getting.

Now imagine all this SOUL in Sword&Shield, along with all the Pokemon in the game, the Wild Area, a new region and greater difficulty.

I don't think it's a bad game. It just doesn't hold anything of interest to me. A "Been there, done that" adventure that doesn't offer any ways for me to play it differently aside from giving me an overpowered starter.

The only problem is it's not worth 60$. It's worth it if you get it as a bonus in a bundle or buy it used for like idk 20$ maybe.

let's go is not a good game when its a remake of a remake of a specific setting of the franchise that has gotten constant callbacks, fanservice and overall pandering compared to every other single entry in the franchise.

Let's Go are alright if you can get past the catching system and no wild battles. But they're still the 3rd Kanto games so they're pretty fucking boring after the first playthrough.
I had an ok time playing through my younger brother's LGP the first time, tried to do a catch em all playthrough after that and almost shot myself due to boredom though.
Also they're just not worth 60$.

don't get it twisted: swsh is a trainwreck, but legpiss is also still garbage. it removed all of the non-kanto pokemon except for meltan and melmetal, the sevii islands, wild battles, abilities, and held items, and gated mew behind a $50 paywall. and the cutscenes are far from "decent," just look at pic related.
all of the other features you're touting should have been standard in every game years ago. they don't make up for what lgpe took away. they also don't make up for the missed opportunities - such as redesigning kanto to modern standards instead of keeping the game boy grid maps, or bringing back all the unused betamons like gorochu.
