>>38992945Gen 5 has some pretty good Pokemon I think. Not all of them are strong, and I do like other regions better, but they're not horrible like most people think. The region was fun to go through and I actually really liked all the characters including Bianca and Cheren. They're well written characters with a strong arc and development. The moving sprites added more liveliness to the games and the overworld Sprite work was nice with more detail. The story was more mature and I liked it a lot, especially with how N fit into it all.
Overall, BW/BW2 felt like it was the culmination of everything GF had learned with the 2D games and it was top of it's game. They took their player base more seriously and respected us with a more mature native and characters. I really like BW and they're some of my fav Pokemon games.
