Gamefreak is gonna pull a gen 3 and release remakes (or ultra sword/shield) that contain all of the pokemon that were left out.

This is not the case since unlike Sword/Shield, all gen 3 games still had all pokemon coded in. This time the pokemon that are missing are being removed completely.

Yes it is, you are deliberately being obtuse. You couldn't "catch them all" in RBY because of version exclusives - but that's the franchises slogan and that is why it's being used as a counter argument to the recent national dex fiasco. "Catch them all" = "Collect them all". If you do not understand this very simple concept, please go and get yourself tested.
