Ok so realistically, how do we get the message across to game freak that their decisions for sword and shield and the way they're running their company as a whole is completely asinine?

Not really possible, sadly. Normalfags are still going to eat this shit up and they’ll likely only experience a very slight dip in sales. As much as I’d love for Pokemon to be taken and given to actually competent devs, the chances of that are pretty much non-existent.

If we can somehow rally 2 million people to spread the word that they're axing the pokedex and stage a massive boycott, Nintendo will be forced to listen to us.
But the one staging the boycott will be put in jail. I don't know about you, but it's a small price to pay if it meant the games can be better again.

Thats not exactly what I'm trying to say here. I've gotten over not being able to import my pokemon to the new gen, I'm more angry about the fact gamefreak supposedly pushed this game onto their B-team with a one year time crunch while their prime devs work on Town.
