If you have a level 5 Zoura in your PC, you can use that, too. Contrary to popular belief, it doesn't even have to be imitating a psychic-weak Pokemon, just something that isn't weak to any of his other attacks. He'll default to the Psychic attack since it's his strongest form of neutral damage.
