It was at this point when Masuda and company made the conscience decision to stop giving a fuck about fans. Game Freak then got lazier with each subsequent release just to see how much they could get away with, and it wasn't until the recent Galar dex disaster that fans are finally seeing just how shit this series has become.
Now that Pokemon is dying just as planned, soon Masuda will soon set all of us free from this nightmare.
