While the obvious ones here are mega and Alolan forms, I get the feeling they also plan on nuking certain Kantomons as well to show they "aren't playing favorites" so people don't just bring up the KANTOOOOOO excuse again.
My bet is on mons like Porygon, Jynx and the like being memory holed forever due to past incidents, so soon you can't even catch the original 151 fully anymore because they stopped giving a shit since they want Town to print money and be the new gravy train.
