If anything, all this petty drama only proves this fanbase is compromised of hoarders.

You say you want Pokemon to be coded in to be transferred, but all you care about is moving your shitmons to your new boxes and never use them. You might as well just leave them in Pokemon Home.

You don't even care about "catching 'em all" because "catching 'em all" hasn't been a thing since some gens ago.

And what about if you do use them? For any six-mon team that you might have... let’s be generous end assume that half of all Pokémon still exist in this game, so there’s a 50% chance that any one of those Pokémon still exists. So there’s only arounf a 1.5% chance that all six Pokémon on any team will still exist.

Almost every single six-mon team that anyone has, will no longer be usable. And this will be the same for every future game. Want Tapu Koko and Hawlucha on the same team? Or a specific Trick Room team that works really well together? Or just Salamence and Garchomp, since you like dragons so much and those are some of your favorites? Sorry, that’s probably impossible now. And even if it isn’t, it might be in the next game.

Not that that matters. Hoarders are players like any other.

I'd say you should work at Game Freak, but you might already for all I know considering you're clearly just as bad at understanding what "making a game for all players" means as they are.

"since xy and bank functionality hit full use, I'd pick a pokemon that I liked the look of and wanted to use in a playthrough, but it either didn't make the team cut for being gotten too late and too low a level or being the wrong type to go well in the team, and breed it to get a moderately good level 1 with no egg moves or evs. I'd put it in bank, start over, pick a different starter, grab that level 1 I wanted to use, and then build a different team with those remaining four slots for yet more new pokemon I wanted to try.

This seems like b8, but do you really use the strongest mons to stomp the game? That doesn’t seem very fun desu. I prefer to play with pokemon I think are visually appealing or interesting. Not that I would use imported mons in the main story, but I would “show” my absol around the new region and use them online. I also want to be able to see the new and “improved” visuals on old mons
