That drooling old man one in japanese, Himojii basically translates to a pun on "hungry" and "grandpa". There's a little old lady that makes people blurt out their secrets called Bakurobaa, a pun on the japanese words for "revelation" and "grandma". The fart one's name comes from a pun on the words for fart and like ruffian or hooligan.
They're pretty much all like that. Though the english names are decidedly lamer puns.
Well, except for the ones based on actual folklore youkai. Puns in their english names are mostly on the localization team.
