I doubt it, with the main series moving to switch it is now THE main console pokemon game. LGPE and in the future SwSh's sales (if they do well and probably will) will consolidate the perception on Nintendo and Gamefreaks that there's no need for pokemon stadium if people already get that from main games in the main console. With the online-pvp centric nature of many games now and Nintendo/Gamefreaks's certainly want a parcel of that, and wouldn't mind turning to a mobile game based business model for this particular franchise (masuda admits he wants to) and stray it away from any chance at being a higher quality franchise. Pokemon has been more about the premise and mechanics of the game than about polish and other aspects for quite some time now, with most later games being increasingly worse. They probably want to keep masuda as a scapegoat, while still feeding us low-budget near-booleg stuff at high-prices while keeping us under the false impression that it will somehow get better, and the franchise alone still warrants for them trying that for a few years.
