First point is fine as-is. Second one however the Pokemon textures have changed drastically. They're a big improvement.
It should probably read something like:
"While there is a change in animation the new animations show no noticeable improvements from past titles. Some moves, such as Brave Bird, have less detail than the 3DS games. NPC also have the same animations as in past games"
and cue a comparison shot of 3DS Brave Bird's kicked up dirt, and the lack of such detail in the Switch title. I would also use the comparison of the youngster from the debut trailer, and the one from SM where they have the same animations. Boom one paragraph.
Cut out all the Kanto pandering whining. You have a paragraph later that covers this stuff better with Glameow and it will just turn people off.
