in all honesty, level 5 would probably be another big name to want to rely on.

I find it funny that I keep seeing this shit in places.

NISA are the ones I have the most stuff from on the Switch and the ONLY game I have of theirs that has real issues is was YS Viii on the Switch (and even that was only one place and in handheld). It's literally the only game that has thus far even received an update.

They work fine from the get go and didn't need to go past 1.0.0

Well, one of two but the other doesn't count, 1.0.1 just gave us the ability to record after that feature hit the Switch.

There's your problem. Those jokes were for PS2 and PS3 games they localized which indeed had bugs as bad as crashing to OS or overheating the system. I guess NIS and the random little companies they localize for finally made code solid enough even NISA can't ruin them.
