>>39061225>"If it would always take us three years to develop a game, we wouldn't match with the fast pace of the modern world. When thinking about the release date we have to ask ourselves when the demand for the games is at its highest point. When having only one year of development time it's easier to use the things we have right now and decide what should maintain and what whould be improved in the next game. After this we have to create the best result we could get in the time we have to develop the game.""We could make our games better by giving them more time, but uhhh we gotta compete with.... we gotta compete, okay? Anyways, this is why we're cutting more than half of the available Pokemon in games from now on, haha I don't know."
No one is demanding these games be annualized other than hungry hungry shills. They also know they can make bank with third/special versions anyways so why bother. BW2 and Platinum were the only acceptible versions of this since they actually felt like new games for once, but we can't have nice things anymore, can we?
Remember when Ass Creed rotted so badly they took years back from being annualized from Unity? And it fucking worked!!
