If Staraptor doesn't make it into SwSh, it'll be the only Pokemon that spent its entire existence in BL. Too good for UU, unviable in OU, never used in Battle Spot or VGC.

I'd rather see Staraptor get Quiver Dance before that shit. But watch as it stays in UUBL because even with Gale Wings, Staraptor is better off with Reckless for that massive damage, the thing's only viable as a Scarfer.
