One thing is pokemon being cut and the graphics being low standard for a home console game, but it's more that Gamefreak has abused the players for years with mediocre and bare titles with little to content that can't compare to anything from the DS era. So most of us just have this negative additude that we don't want Gamefreak to abuse us again with false promises and stupid reasonings for cutting content. Had the latest games been up to standards to what we used to have, I would be more exited for Sword and Shield. It's the basic, we get something new and intersting but they removes something else. We got the Wild Area but at what cost, cutting pokemon out of the game. It's just this anger and frustration in me that they have screwd us over so many times. We can never get something without them cutting corners

After XY and ORAS being average, I remember being so exited over Sun and Moon seeing all the intersting stuff. I was thinking there is no way they screw this up, but the game is loaded with pointless cutscenes, extreme linearity, dumbed down battles and no intersting postgame. Nothing in the trailers was giving us that idea that the game would be like this, so now you can't even trust the trailers they make either and everything has a bad side to it. And Gamefreak answers in interviews made me even more baffled.

The point is most of us are just frustrated and tired of Gamefreak tricking us into thinking that their games are ever gonna be as good as we got back on DS. Everytime they show us something good, there is always a bad side to it. I just want them to make something truly special so we can trust them again and them changing their attiude in developing their games

Sorry for this being so long, I just had lot stuff to get of my chest. I'm just so tired of being frustraded and angry at this franchise, I just want to love pokemon again
