This is Flaaffy. Flaaffy is one of the first Pokemon we can pretty safely assume are out of the new games. The reason is that there's already a new sheep Pokemon confirmed.

Flaaffy wasn't the strongest pokemon, nor was it the best designed. But it is my favourite pokemon.
