Firstly, if you're going to run Ass Vest, invest more than 4 Sp. Def, because it doesn't bolster it how you think.
Secondly, what I said above shouldn't even matter as Hypno has Wish. If you're going for a bulky set, Wish/Protect/Leftovers is infinitely better than relying on DP for recovery.
And finally, there is no excuse to run Psycho Cut over Zen Headbutt. ZH has 10 more BP and 20% flinch chance, better
than PC's increased crit chance.
