One of the only promising things about Sword and Shield is how robust the cities look so far. From the footage we've seen they actually look like functioning cities and towns rather than settlements with 2 or 3 buildings.
Sucks about the rest of what we've seen but it's nice to see some improvements in worldbuilding.

Maybe not the Battle subway but optional battles on the train while you are approaching the next stop like how the S.S. boats work would be pretty cool. They could switch up everyday because new passengers, etc.
