If I, the customer, am not entitled to a good product, then Game Freak is not entitled my money. I don't have to buy the game. This is how a free market works. If I am dissatisfied with a product, I don't buy it. You can't force me to, and just because you automatically buy it and try to justify its shitty decisions because it has a Pokémon logo, doesn't mean I will.
