Aggron, Tyranitar, Lucario, Scizor, Mewtwo, Genesect, Electivire, Nidoking and Nidoqueen, Infernape, M Charizard X, Umbreon, Blaziken, Zekrom and Reshiram, the Primal Trio, Gardevoir and Gallade, Gengar, Alakazam, Hitmonlee, MIGHTYENA (wasted design), Gyarados (I guess the open mouth is dumb to some?), Electabuzz & Electivire, SANDSLASH (another wasted design), Kabutops and Aerodactyl, Beedrill, Zoroark, Metagross (the X is cool fuck you), Feraligatr (years without typing this name), Typhlosion, Deoxys, Darkrai, Absol, MEGA ABSOL (that sephiroth looking mfker gives me orgasms...)
There's probably more, I can only remember so many of 800+ creatures, but those are some that I've used just because they're 100% cool and could belong to a better franchise than Pokemon.
There's also some Pokemon that I consider flawless like Milotic and Sylveon, while not exactly "badass" they certainly don't have any negatives to their divine designs.
