Bring back MissingNo., intentionally. Give it a gimmick, like being completely typeless and having no moves by level-up, but you can learn all TMs (if you didn't teach it any TMs it will just always use Struggle)

An actual werewolf-looking mon like the one from Pokemon Umbra would be dope. Instead of Dark/Ice, I'd probably do with Dark/Fighting or Dark/Fairy.

Fairy works best since it's weak to steel and poison, two weaknesses often associated with werewolves. (Wolvesbane and silver)
