They should introduce another trio of physical attacks for Fire, Electric, and Ice types. All three are lacking in reliable physical moves that also have high base power. The fangs and punches don't quite cut it anymore.

This gives him some decent switch ins and the ability to ensure a lot of his moves will connect at least once.

Sceptile should just have its attack stats switched. Most of its natural learnset is all physical but he was given high special attack because grass was special back then.
