They’re the same, one is just fat and red. Delcatty is plain, just like electrike. Plain is inoffensive, so it can’t be bad. A lot of gen 1 and 2 are plain as well. Gen 4 and beyond is where they decided adding random stripes and tiny shapes was the new direction they wanted to go. They completely abandoned silhouette design theory and as a result the designs became too busy.
