All pretty good additions, except for Rhyperior honestly. Design aside, Rhydon was perfectly fine on its own, and Rhyperior actually gives it a worse ability. Wish they could've just given Rhyhorn a split evo instead.

I feel like some of the ones in gen 2 like Kingdra, Crobat or Onix felt more natural than some of the ones in gen 4 like Lickilicky or Magmortar. A lot of the better gen 4 cross gens were evolutions of gen 2 mons, like Mismagius or Yanmega. Magnezone, Gallade, and Mamoswine are pretty great too.
