>Give the Pokemon:
15 points if it has a separate article because it was owned by Ash/Travelling Companions/Team Rocket
10 points if it has a separate article for other reasons
5 points for each Major Appearance/Other
1 point for each Minor Appearance
>Repeat with the Pokemon's evo/preevo if they're in the same gen and use the highest total resulted

To get into Galar:
>Kantomons require 40 points
>Johtomons require 35 points
>Hoennmons require 30 points
>Sinnohmons require 25 points
>Unovamons require 20 points
>Kalosmons require 15 points
>Alolamons require 10 points
