There's no feasible way to have 500+ judges (for the adult division alone, mind you) volunteering to give up their entire weekend to watch sweaty nerds shuffle cards. You, the adult player, have to be the one to watch the other adult player, whom you have never met before and will never meet again, and gauge when to get a judge involved and when to just correct the shithead across from you.
Or you can just stick your head in the sand and let them break rules as they see fit.
