Primals are probably stronger on account of passively being able to lifewipe even in their base forms, with their original forms being even stronger.
Tao dragons generally lack feats, though we know either Reshiram or Zekrom can lay waste to Unova by themselves.

The feats of the original dragon are kinda unknown, by their own Zekrom and Kyurem shaped an empire so they are mostly forced of good that sought to pair with an human.

Mega fug and the Primals are pure forces of nature, they fuck shit up until mega fug bitch slaps them for being wussy idiots.

As we know the Primals are tougher than incomplete Kyurem and single combination Kyurem however seeing the original dragon at its prime might go Necrozma and Arceus level of bullshit though.

We don't know the extent of power the Original Dragon possessed, but for thediscarded remains of its husk to be Kyurem level who is capable of absorbing the Tao Dragons to become even stronger and has a base stat total similar to base form Kyogre/Groudon. It can be safe to assume it could defeat Goku in a fight.

Anyway, in the cutscene when N calls his dragon in BW, it lets out a burst of energy that evaporates the 2 pools of water that reach the length of the entire room are evaporated. Reshiram and Zekrom's Pokedex entries state they can scorch the entire world, so imagine that on a massive scale. The oceans are brought to a deadly boil and steadily evaporate. Everything on land is destroyed in a terrible blaze.

Primals due to their shown feats being potentially worldwide and not only that be planet surface/extinction levels of destruction, whereas the B/W Kyurem forms are continental at possible high ball if we're considering how the weaker Zekrom and Reshiram are capable of laying waste to Unova. Given what we know in general Pokemon lore, Kyurem is considered the strongest Dragon type pokemon to live (though make note that Mega Fug did not exist at the point of this claim, though it is still true that Kyurem B/W are still the strongest dragons by BST when not considering Megas) and if such a claim was boldly made for the husk of the Original Dragon that at its strongest is only using one of its peers, I can assume that the Original Dragon itself would probably give the Primals and Mega Fug a run for their money.

Then if we go about with the Pokedex states, the weakest members of the Tao Trio are easily regional/continental at low ball and planet surface at high ball. That can scale it that Kyurem B/W are around this or higher and potentially the original dragon to be even further than this.
