in the video games as a whole section, sword is down to 71 (26th position counting from the top of just other games, am counting cross platform stuff like cyberpunk listing twice, once for ps4 and once for xb1) when it was in the mid 50s, the double pack is 84 (29th in software) down from mid 60s, and shield is unfortunately not in the top 100 for video games overall, but guessing from the gap it had behind sword and the double pack in the other listings, it's probably somewhere around 120.
the pre-orders are going away daily. maybe they're going away from amazon to gamestop or smaller venues. hard to know. the sales relative to other products releasing in the same time frame just seem smaller by relation. cyberpunk 2077 is behind super mario maker 2 in 8th for overall game sales compared to the maker in 2nd position despite the giant hype, but keanu friend simulator 20XX doesn't come out until early 2020. the stuff in front of and inbetween them are balance cards and time cards anyway.
not to be a doomsayer, but it just feels like there's no hype for sword and shield right now when it should be in full swing. the relative numbers on amazon show similarity. I'm welcome to being wrong, though, as that's just the USA listing of amazon.
