I actually would like to see how exactly the new gen process works. Is it driven entirely by GameFreak? They make the new gen, new pokemon, etc. and then present them to TPCi? Is there a back and forth? Does TPCi have veto rights over certain ideas or can they just request tweaks ("make this pokemon more rounded so it's easier to make action figures of")?
