So since you made "naked" forms, does that mean they have minior's ability as well as shell smash? A movepool with access to head smash, earthquake, iron head, heavy slam, bullet punch, elemental punches and shell smash is the only way I can imagine it setting itself apart from the other rock/steel types without being straight up outclased or as bad as the majority of them.

The "naked" forms was more to show that the rock isn't organic, they build up their armor. I was thinking for like animations that their shells would break when they faint, but that idea is interesting too. Maybe they shed their shells at like 25% HP and swap the Rock type for Normal/Fighting?

In terms of movepools, what you said is exactly what I was thinking. Heavy physical offensive moves with access to the usual rock/ground moves like Earthquake, Rollout, Rock Slide, etc

I'm a biologist so i might be biased with real life bat anatomy, so i don't know if this is just me, but them having both wings AND wingless arms is kinda weird. The black lines on bat wings are actually their fingers, their wings aren't just boneless stripes of flesh, if they were they wouldn't be able fly. I'd fuse the regular arms and the wings into a single thing. But otherwise this is very cool!
